In-person registration fees include 21 % VAT.
Virtual registration fees are quoted in EUR. These prices are final. VAT will be applied under current legislation.

Note: Payments must be received by the corresponding deadlines, otherwise the subsequent rate will be automatically applied.

The registration fee for in-person participant /student/ independent/retired includes:

  • Admission to all scientific sessions
  • Icebreaker
  • Congress materials including printed programme, abstract book
  • Refreshments during coffee breaks
  • Lunches
  • Access to the congress virtual platform
  • Access to the Presentation Records Library (those we have received their consent from)

The registration fee for virtual participant includes:

  • Access to all scientific sessions and live discussions
  • Access to e-Poster and e-Video Library
  • Opportunity to join a group discussion in the virtual room
  • Access to the Presentation Records Library (those we have received their consent from)
  • Networking / interaction with all speakers
  • Networking / interaction with other participants
  • Final programme and abstract book in PDF


What is not covered by the fee?

Congress Dinner EUR 55 / per person (Congress Dinner can be booked using our online registration system).

Will participants be able to register for both the in-person congress and the virtual congress in one moment?

Participants can choose to attend in-person or virtual attendance in the registration form. This field is mandatory.

What if I would like to switch from in-person attendance to virtual?

All participants registered for in-person attendance will be allowed to switch to virtual attendance if they will not be able to visit the congress in-person due to COVID-19 restrictions. They will be allowed to do so before 10 June 2021, but the Or­gan­izing Committee reserves the right to change this date. If there is any difference between regular and virtual registration fee, it will be returned after the congress.

What if I would like to switch from virtual attendance to in-person?

All participants registered for virtual attendance will be allowed to switch to in-person attendance before 10 June 2021, but the Organizing Committee reserves the right to change this date. If there is any difference between regular and virtual registration fee, the participant will have to pay the difference within one week from switching to in-person attendance. The participant is allowed to change the form of attendance only once (i.e., from online to in-person), no further changes will be accepted.

How will the virtual content differ from the in-person content?

The virtual content will be limited by the time zone of each remote participant. The plenary and parallel sessions will be live-streamed. All the sessions will be recorded and available on demand for 30 days post congress.

What time zones will be used?

The congress programme will be scheduled in the Central European Summer Time (CEST). Delegates are urged to join the sessions when they are broadcasted live. However, delegates who are unable to join the streamed sessions when they are scheduled will have access to their records in the Presentation Records Library.

How to register

To register for the Congress, please fill in the online Registration Form

First fill in the Personal Data Form and continue with registration by choosing the registration fee. During the registration process, you will receive a password.

Methods of payment

Registration fees must be paid in EUR by one of the following methods:

1. Credit or Debit Card

For credit or debit card payments, please use the Online Payment System. The system is accessible with the password that you received upon registration. The system accepts the following credit/debit cards: MasterCard/Eurocard, Visa and Diners Club.

2. Bank Transfer

The bank details including the 10-digit variable symbol will be automatically sent to your email address after submitting the online form. Please note that payments without this variable symbol will not be identified and the registration will not be confirmed.

Please note that bank transfer payments will only be accepted by 14 June 2021 only. After this date, only payments by credit/debit cards will be accepted using the  Online Payment System .

All bank transfer amounts should be minus bank charges. Any banking fees accrued from the transfer is the responsibility of each party.

Final invoice

The final invoice will be sent automatically to your e-mail address within 14 days from the receipt of the payment.

Cancellations and refunds

The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail at in the event of the cancellation of the registration. Cancellation by phone call will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Congress.

The following cancellation conditions apply:

Change from in-person participation to virtual participation

In case of any change in registration, GUARANT International reserves the right to charge a 30 EUR handling fee.

In case of cancellation of the event due to force majeure, GUARANT International reserves the right to charge a 30 EUR handling fee.

If you are prevented from attending, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. Name changes should be reported in writing to the Congress Secretariat at

Invitation letters for visa purposes can only be sent to participants who have completed the registration process. Further information regarding visa requirements can be found here.
